Nissa Rent A Car Has Not Refunded My €500 Deposit After My Cappadocia Jeep Rental
On 7 May 2026, I rented a Jeep from Nissa Rent A Car at Nevsehir Cappadocia Airport and paid a 500 € deposit. The rental ended on 9 May 2026, but my 500 € deposit has still not been refunded to my account. I contacted Nissa Rent A Car regarding the missing refund and was informed that the process is being handled by the bank. My bank has requested the RRN code in order to trace the transaction, but despite this, I still have not received my deposit back. I request that Nissa Rent A Car immediately refunds the 500 € deposit to my account without any further delay, or provides the necessary transaction details so that the refund can be completed without additional hassle.
Araç kiralamamın sonunda 500 € depozitom iade edilmedi. Bankam RRN kodunu istedi ve ben de Nissa Car Rental ile iletişime geçtim, ancak hâlâ geri ödeme almadım. Durum hâlâ aynı ve bu durum beni çok rahatsız ediyor.
