Nike Air Force Order Delay Concerns

I ordered something with order number G10141983879 on October 18, 2023. It should be delivered sometime between October 22 and October 30. I've been calling customer service multiple times, but they keep saying there's nothing they can do. They're telling me to just keep waiting. Nike needs to make sure they deal with customer complaints quickly and avoid giving misleading information that isn't necessary. I really need to find a solution to my frustration right away, or else I'll start legal proceedings.
