Nike Order Delays and Unfulfilled Promise for Grandson's School Shoes

I ordered shoes, shorts, and socks for my grandson from Nike's website. His school program on April 23 required white shoes. While the socks and shorts arrived, I was informed of customs delay for the shoes. It's now the end of June, and the shoes still haven't arrived. It's mind-boggling how such a company can be so indifferent. They take a fortune from customers; the least they could do is manage orders properly. If they don't have the shoes or can't procure them, they should issue a refund. I will never shop from this company again. Hopefully, they resolve this soon.

The shoes, shorts, and socks I ordered online in April have not all arrived; although the shorts and socks have been delivered, the shoes have yet to reach me. The shipping distributor informed me that the shoes are held up at customs for international products, which is why they haven't arrived. My children and I have written to customer service on their website multiple times, but we have received no response. They have also not issued a refund. Is it really that difficult to keep us informed in this age of communication? There are numerous complaints about them, and I am astonished at how irresponsibly such a globally renowned brand is behaving. They probably won't respond to this issue either. I do not plan to purchase products from this brand again. There was no invoice in the package either.
