On August 4, 2024, I purchased a pair of white Air Max Plus shoes from the Nike store at Emaar Square Mall. Unfortunately, in less than 4 months, the sides of the shoes began to tear, and the color started to fade. I chose the shoes based on my correct size, avoided using any chemicals for cleaning, and never washed them in a machine to maintain their durability. Despite my care, the shoes are now unwearable.
I've owned the same Air Max Plus model before and never encountered such issues. Given the high price, I don't want my money to go to waste. I returned the shoes to the store on July 30, 2024, requesting an inspection and a replacement. However, today (July 13, 2024), I was informed that no defect was found, and I can pick up the shoes within 7 business days.
I am not happy with the idea of waiting 2-3 weeks only to have my issue unresolved. I request a prompt resolution, either through a gift card of the same value or a direct exchange for the same model.
