Defective Nike Phantom Luna Cleats and Poor Customer Service Issue
I purchased the Nike Phantom Luna model from the Eskişehir store on June 22, 2024. On July 16, 2024, when I wore the cleats for the first time during a training session, I noticed that the front sole on the left side was coming apart during my warm-up run. When I took the product back for an exchange, I was met with a harsh response, claiming, "You ripped the product yourself." After insisting, they sent the cleats for an inspection process. Currently, I am waiting for the results of this inspection. When I call the store for information, no one answers the phone. When I search online, I am redirected to a different store's number.
