Brand-New Nike Shoes Cause Bloody Mayhem

I bought a pair of shoes from the Nike online store and wore them outside for just one day. To my horror, the soles tore up my feet and made them bleed and hurt like hell. I've never had anything like this happen to me before. When I complained, the customer service rep had the nerve to say that maybe the shoes were too small. I'm not stupid enough to wear shoes that are too big or too small. Thankfully, that happened. Don't treat people like they're nothing. From now on, I'm going to say bad things about your company everywhere I go. Don't be fooled by Nike's excuses; this is a nightmare for anyone who cares about comfort and their hard-earned money.
