I bought a pair of shoes from the Nike online store and wore them outside for just one day. To my horror, the soles tore up my feet and made them bleed and hurt like hell. I've never had anything like this happen to me before. When I complained, the customer service rep had the nerve to say that maybe the shoes were too small. I'm not stupid enough to wear shoes that are too big or too small. Thankfully, that happened. Don't treat people like they're nothing.
