New Holland T580b - Defective Gauge Panel And Service Damage

I purchased a 2024 model New Holland T580b tractor, and the gauge cluster glass has been defective since the first day. The glass was loose and not properly fitted from the beginning. I reported this to the authorized service on 30 March 2024, and they came three separate times to repair it. Each time they only tried to tighten or change the screws, but they could not fix the problem. As a result of this ongoing issue, the gauge cluster glass eventually cracked around the edges. Despite this clear manufacturing and service-related defect, the authorized service is now requesting 32,000 TRY plus labor costs for a full replacement of the gauge panel, instead of handling it under warranty. I absolutely do not accept being charged for a part that has been problematic since day one and that has deteriorated further due to unsuccessful service interventions. I also have photos clearly showing the condition of the cracked gauge glass. In addition, during another warranty repair, the technicians cut the floor plastic piece located between the seat and the steering wheel, causing visible damage to the tractor’s interior. This damage was caused directly by the authorized service during their work, and I have visual evidence of this as well. I request that the defective gauge panel be replaced free of charge under warranty and that the cut floor plastic piece between the seat and steering wheel be renewed at no cost, as both issues resulted from manufacturing and service-related faults, not from user error. My tractor’s plate number is 40ACA4**. In the event that this grievance is not resolved under warranty, I reserve my legal rights to escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (TÜBİS).
