On 12/25/2024, while plowing a field with the tractor we purchased from the New Holland dealership, a stone punctured the rear tire, causing it to balloon. When we sent photos of the tire to the relevant departments, we were told it was user error and would not be covered under warranty. Was this tractor designed to be used only on paved roads, or did they assume our fields would be stone-free? Was this tire intended to operate only on the carpet? Calling this a user error feels like an insult. It’s disappointing. This response is not what I expected from New Holland Agriculture.
