I used Neutrogena Anti-Acne Peeling Gel for the first time yesterday, following the instructions carefully. However, I experienced a severe allergic reaction—something that has never happened to me in my 40 years of using skincare products.
This is completely unacceptable. The product’s ingredients and claims are misleading, and I demand an immediate explanation from the company regarding this issue. I have since researched and found that many other customers have experienced similar reactions.
This product should be investigated and recalled if necessary to prevent further harm. I expect Neutrogena to take responsibility and provide a clear statement on the safety of this product. Please resolve this issue immediately!
