Netshort Fails to Disclose Pricing and Overcharges User

On Thursday, November 5, I subscribed through the Netshort app to watch movies and was charged $3 USD for the membership. However, I later noticed that $80 USD was withdrawn from my Ziraat Bank debit card. During the subscription process, I was not offered any additional packages or alternative pricing options, and I was unable to reach a customer service phone number.
I am currently able to log into the app, but I request that the excess amount charged be refunded to me and that my membership be canceled. If the overcharged amount is not refunded, I would like to state that I will pursue legal action and file all necessary complaints.
