Netflix No Longer Allows Streaming on Two Phones Simultaneously

I’m unable to watch Netflix on two phones at the same time anymore, even though it used to work fine before. I don’t understand what’s changed—did you update the app? It’s frustrating because whenever I’m watching, my fiancé can’t watch anything on their phone. It doesn’t make any sense for a streaming app, especially when we’re paying for the service.
I feel like I’m wasting my money if we can’t both watch at the same time. If this isn't a bug, I’m requesting that Netflix fix this issue or provide a way for us to contact support directly, like a phone number. Please resolve this so we can both enjoy our shows again.

I’ve been a loyal Netflix Premium subscriber since 2019. My mom and I live in different cities, and she has been using my account without issue for years.
