Netflix Mobile App Not Recognizing Device—Issues with HD Plan

I have an HD plan with Netflix that allows for 2 devices, but the mobile app has become completely useless. My phone, which I’ve always used, is no longer recognized as a registered device, and I can’t log in. When I try to get help with a temporary session, it asks if I’m in the same household, otherwise it won’t work. If the mobile app can only be used in the same household, then what’s the point of having it? Just restrict the number of devices to two and be done with it. This is ridiculous.
