On September 22, 2025, I noticed an unauthorized charge of ₺195.05 on my credit card under the name “Los Gatos”. This transaction appears in my card activity, but it is not connected to any subscription, purchase, or service I knowingly used. Additionally, no details are provided about which platform or branch processed the charge — it only shows as a withdrawal. This is the first time I have ever experienced such an incident. I request that this unauthorized transaction be fully investigated and that the ₺195.05 deducted from my account be refunded immediately.
