Netflix Charged My Card Without a Subscription – I Need a Refund

Netflix charged my card twice without my authorization! In August, Netflix Amsterdam deducted ₺299.99, and in September, Netflix Los Gatos NL withdrew another ₺299.99—yet, I don’t even have a Netflix subscription.
Why was my card charged without my consent? This is completely unacceptable for a company like Netflix to engage in unauthorized transactions. I demand an immediate refund for both charges and an explanation of how this happened.
Netflix, I expect urgent action to resolve this issue and prevent it from happening again.
