Netflix Charged Me for Standard Plan Without Consent
I have a Netflix membership registered in the Türkiye region. Even though I was using the lowest-priced plan, the system appears to have upgraded my account to the Standard plan several times without my approval or knowledge. I have been a member for about five months. During the first two months, I was on the Basic plan, but for the following three months, I was moved to the Standard plan without being informed, which caused my bills to be higher.
I have not contacted Netflix through any support channel yet regarding this issue. My membership is registered under the email address m***********@Gmail.com. I was trying to use the Basic plan, so I request a full refund of all price differences charged to me for the Standard plan retroactively.
I also ask Netflix to investigate why my account was upgraded automatically without my consent, take the necessary steps to prevent this from happening again, and set my membership back to the lowest-priced plan permanently.
