I’m subscribed to Netflix’s top-tier Premium plan, yet I constantly face a frustrating issue that completely defeats the purpose of having this plan. Every two weeks or so, my family members are prompted to enter a temporary verification code just to continue watching. This code gets emailed to me, and I have to stop whatever I’m doing to send it to them. It’s becoming a real nuisance.
My payments are up-to-date. There are no billing issues whatsoever, so I don’t understand why this keeps happening. The whole point of Premium is to let my household stream without interruptions—not to be treated like we're sharing accounts improperly.
Netflix, this is your responsibility to fix. I need this verification loop to stop immediately. Either adjust your household policy system so families on the same plan aren’t treated as outsiders, or provide a permanent solution that doesn’t involve code requests every 15 days. My family should be able to enjoy Netflix without constantly being blocked.
