Nebula Horoscope Charged After Subscription Cancellation

I am writing regarding an issue with my Nebula Horoscope subscription purchased through the Google Play Store. I used the service and canceled it, but despite this, a payment was taken from my account afterward without my consent. I had used the app and then canceled the subscription, yet on 3 April 2026 at 12:24 a charge of $43.53 was deducted from my account. Since I had already canceled their services, I consider this deduction unauthorized. I have contacted Nebula support about this situation, but I have not received any response yet. This lack of communication is increasing my concern about possible future charges. I request a full refund of the $43.53 that was charged after cancellation, permanent cancellation of any active or hidden subscriptions linked to my account, and written confirmation that no further charges will be made in the future. I kindly ask that this matter be resolved as soon as possible.
