Nebula App Charged Me Automatically Despite No Subscription Activation

On October 8, 2025, at 10:18 p.m., a $31 payment was withdrawn from my account by the Nebula app, which I downloaded from the Apple App Store, without my knowledge or approval. I have no idea how my card information was obtained, and I did not authorize this transaction in any way. My receipt details are: TR570*****0680888000160375, YDS SGT*TheNebulaAP xxxx 9493.

Although I downloaded the app, I never started a subscription, nor did I authorize a trial or any payment. When I contacted Apple and Nebula customer service, no solution was provided.

I request that this unauthorized transaction be canceled, that the withdrawn amount be refunded to my account, and that any subscription that may have been started without my consent be terminated.
