Nebula App Charges $49 Without Subscription or Consent

An unauthorized charge of $49 was made to my Ziraat Bank debit card on September 26, 2026, under the name “V_SNL_appnebula.co,” despite the fact that I have no subscription or authorization with this service. I have never had a membership or made any purchase on this platform.

I noticed the transaction today while checking my account activity. I immediately contacted my bank, and I was told that I needed to cancel my card and dispute the transaction. However, no actual resolution has been provided to me at this stage.

I request that this unauthorized $49 charge be immediately canceled and refunded to my card. I also request that the necessary investigation be conducted to prevent a similar transaction from occurring again and that I be provided with written information regarding the outcome of the investigation.
