My N11 Order Canceled Without Reason
Sometimes, N11 offers instant discounts on their products. I found such a discount on a child's microscope, originally priced at ₺500, through a Telegram channel I follow. The product was supposed to be shipped from abroad. For three days, my order status remained as "waiting." The app indicated that the product would be shipped on June 5th. However, on June 3rd, 2024, I received a WhatsApp message stating that my order was canceled due to the product being unavailable. No logical reason was provided for this cancellation.
When I called customer service, the representative's response was disappointing. She claimed it was a pricing error. If it was indeed a mistake, why didn't they correct it immediately? Instead, they kept me waiting for several days, holding onto my payment, only to refund it later. If they were going to cancel the order, why offer an instant discount in the first place? Isn't this unfair?
