N11 Refused to Compensate Damaged AC Order

I bought an air conditioner from N11, and unfortunately, it arrived with some damage to the motor's underside, as pointed out by the installation service. Consequently, I had to bring back the unit. When I purchased the air conditioner, it cost ₺27,500. Currently, the price of the unit ranges from ₺33,000 to ₺35,000. I had to return the product and reached out to N11 for help with the matter. N11 expressed their inability to assist. It's important for everyone in Turkey to be aware that N11 does not prioritize their customers.
