My N11 Order Canceled, Payment Deducted, and Price Hiked



I tried to buy a refrigerator from N11.com, but unfortunately, my order got canceled because of a payment issue. Even though the event was called off, my credit card was still billed ₺30,697, which is the complete cost of the refrigerator. I chose to go with a 3-installment payment plan, and the initial installment was successfully deducted from my card.
I made multiple attempts to contact N11.com's customer support, but unfortunately, I was unable to speak with a live representative. After struggling to get through to their chatbot, I was relieved when they assured me that they would take care of the problem and advised me not to stress about it. I voiced my worry about the possible increase in price for the refrigerator, but they simply brushed off my concerns and reassured me without giving it much thought.
Weeks went by, and N11.com failed to provide me with a refund or any updates. Unfortunately, the price of the refrigerator went up, and to make matters worse, the seller took it off their listing. I still haven't received a refund, my refrigerator is still missing, and I haven't heard anything from N11.com. Their behavior seems dishonest and shows a complete lack of concern for customer issues.
