I purchased a Homend Grillant 1356h model toaster from Pandorraticaret via N11. The product arrived today, the lid was opened, and the bottom plastic piece was discovered broken. I contacted the company immediately after delivery and informed them of the situation. However, they refused to acknowledge my issue and offered no solution. The resetting of the product, the damage it received, and the lack of support from the company have caused me a loss. I request a refund or exchange for the broken product.
