1I purchased a ticket through Mytrip.com for the Antalya–Bucharest route in the amount of €220, but the flight did not actually exist. During and after the reservation process, everything appeared normal, and the system acted as if the flight was valid. However, when we arrived at the airport, we were informed that there was no such flight, which left us stranded and caused serious inconvenience.
After experiencing this issue, we contacted Mytrip.com customer service and explained the situation in detail. However, following the conversation, we received no further response, explanation, or resolution.
Since I was sold a ticket for a non-existent flight, I demand that Mytrip.com urgently refund the full €220 that was charged to me.
