Mystake Denied My Welcome Bonus and Gave No Explanation
Mystake really let me down. I recently joined as a new customer, eager to give it a go, and took advantage of the WELCOME BONUS for my first deposit. But you won't believe this! I didn't get the bonus at all. I contacted customer service hoping for a swift resolution, but to my disappointment, they informed me that the bonus was not applicable to my situation. What even is the logic behind that? Everything was clearly presented, and I adhered to all the instructions accurately. Simply a flat-out denial, with no reasoning or resolution provided. I felt completely overlooked as a new player. Following this disappointing experience, I made the decision to permanently close my account. If they can't even fulfill a basic welcome bonus, I can only dread the thought of what might occur if I ever attempted to withdraw my winnings. I wouldn't suggest this site to anyone.
