MyIQ.com Overcharged 480 Instead of 48 for Trial Membership

Today, about half an hour ago, I tried to sign up for a trial membership on MyIQ.com. However, instead of the ₺48 fee that was supposed to be charged, ₺480 was withdrawn from my credit card. The account I used for the payment is linked to the email address: y******@windowslive.com.

After noticing the issue, I tried to reach MyIQ.com customer service, but I could not make contact in any way. This is the first time I have experienced such a problem, and it has caused me significant frustration.

I request a full refund of the overcharged amount as soon as possible and the cancellation of my membership.
