Without my approval, Myiq.com secretly started a so-called “trial membership” and automatically converted it into a paid subscription. Over the past two months, a total of 2,100₺ was withdrawn from my credit card without any notification, consent, or authorization on my part. I only discovered this by reviewing my bank statements.
At no stage did I receive an email, SMS, or on-screen warning about a paid membership being created. To make matters worse, there is no reliable way to contact customer support, which leaves users without any assistance. This is a clear case of unauthorized billing and consumer deception.
I demand the immediate cancellation of this fraudulent subscription and a full refund of the 2,100₺ that was wrongfully taken from my account. If my request is ignored, I will proceed with a chargeback through my bank and take all necessary legal actions to protect my rights. Companies must not mislead consumers into hidden subscriptions.
