MyDiabetes Took £60 But Never Let Me Log In or Access My Account
Though it never worked from the moment I registered, I downloaded MyDiabetes app anticipating a seamless experience. I ran into nonstop error warnings every time I tried to log in. Reading other reviews on the app store let me realize many individuals are having the same problem—inaccessibility of their accounts. Given a £60 app, I expected significantly greater features and service. I contacted their customer service for a refund, but thus far I have not heard anything. They seem to be totally discounting complaints. Should my response not be forthcoming soon, I will be obliged to ask my bank for a chargeback. I would not suggest this app to anyone as this whole experience has been annoying and demoralising.
