BDG Failed to Add My Deposits and Ignored My Refund Requests

For me, BDG Win has been a quite unpleasant encounter. Usually little amounts like ₹150, I have made multiple deposits, however most times the money does not show up in my account even if it was deducted from my bank. Several times I attempted getting in touch with customer service, but their answers were either generic or utterly useless. Worse, the app leaves me without means of recovery as it does not even reimburse the lost sums. The whole procedure is inconsistent and demoralizing, and they seem to be abusing their consumers. I strongly warn everyone to refrain from using this software; it is not worth the trouble or the possibility of losing your money without any responsibility.
