Approximately 3–4 months ago, I completed a paid check-in process for my brother’s flight through the MyTrip online website. However, on October 30, 2025, I noticed on my account statement that an additional charge of €79 had been taken from my card without any prior notification.
Moreover, I was apparently given only a 3-day cancellation window for this charge, yet I was never informed or warned about it. As soon as I noticed the transaction, I contacted the website via email the same day. However, they only offered to refund 20% of the amount, which I did not accept. I requested a full refund instead.
The card I used belongs to La Banque Postale in France, and I have the transaction receipt available. I will also initiate a dispute process through my bank.
I do not accept any charges made without proper notification or consent, and I demand a full refund of the €79. I am also sharing this experience to prevent others from facing similar issues.
