mSpy Suspended My Account Before I Could Even Use the Service
I purchased the mSpy application approximately three days ago to use on my Samsung Galaxy A52 Android phone. I paid approximately $18 for the service and received account record number 10186843. However, before I was even able to begin using the service, my account was unexpectedly suspended.
I did not perform any actions that would violate the platform's policies, nor did I have the opportunity to actively use the service before losing access. As a result, I am currently unable to log into my account or benefit from the subscription that I paid for.
Despite having a valid paid account, I have been completely locked out of the service. I have contacted mSpy multiple times through both email and live chat support channels, but I have not received any meaningful response. No explanation has been provided regarding why my account was suspended, and no solution has been offered to resolve the issue.
This situation has left me unable to access a product for which I have already paid. The lack of communication from customer support has only increased my frustration and uncertainty regarding the status of my account and payment.
I request that mSpy immediately review my account and restore access to the service. If the account cannot be reactivated, I request a full refund of the approximately $18 that I paid. I also ask for a clear written explanation regarding the reason for the suspension and the actions taken to resolve my case.
As a paying customer, I expect either uninterrupted access to the service I purchased or a prompt refund if the service cannot be provided.
