24 hours ago, I made a ₺8,000 standard withdrawal request from my Mostbet account. Although the transaction is shown as approved, the money has not been deposited into my bank account. There are no records, movements, or explanations in either my betting account or my bank account.
I contacted Mostbet customer service regarding this issue, but even after 24 hours, I was only told that it is “under review,” with no solution provided. I have never experienced such a problem before, and this is the first time I am facing an issue like this.
