Redmi Note 13 Camera Focus Problem Not Fixed After Service Repair

Approximately one year ago I purchased a Redmi Note 13 phone from Xiaomi Store – Metrogarden Seba Bilgi Teknolojileri ve Mağazaları, and I have been experiencing serious problems with this device from the very beginning. First, the battery swelled in the 10th month of use and I sent the phone to the authorized service on 07.01.2026. The battery was replaced under warranty and returned to me in a short time. However, the main and ongoing problem is the camera’s focusing issue. While taking photos, I have to hold the phone and wait at least 3–5 seconds for the image to become sharp. It is almost impossible to take instant photos, so I miss many moments. While recording video, even the slightest movement makes the entire image suddenly blurry and I again have to wait a few seconds for it to refocus; when I move again, it becomes blurry once more. This situation seriously disrupts my daily use and photo/video experience and is also psychologically exhausting. Because of this, I sent the device to the central authorized service via cargo on 27.03.2026 due to the camera focusing problem. The phone was sent back to me with the information that the camera had been replaced. However, the same focusing problem has not improved at all; the phone still does not focus properly, and the issue continues exactly as before. Despite having received service both for the battery and the camera, I still cannot get efficient and stable performance from this device. I now request that this phone be properly and permanently repaired so that the camera focusing problem is fully resolved and the device is delivered to me in a fault-free condition. If this problem cannot be definitively fixed, I demand that the device be replaced or, if possible, that I be offered the option to switch to an upper model by paying the price difference if necessary. I kindly ask that my grievance be resolved and that I no longer have to struggle with this problematic device.
