Mostbet Fails to Refund Mistaken $15 Bank Deposit

On February 9, 2026, I accidentally deposited $15 into a Prime Bank account instead of using eSewa for my Mostbet transaction. According to information from my bank, this amount has since been credited to the agent’s eSewa account linked to my Mostbet activity, but it has not been returned to me or properly resolved. My Mostbet / agent eSewa account is registered under the mobile number 9828627688. After realizing my mistake, I sent an email to the official Mostbet support email address requesting assistance and a resolution, but I have not received any response so far. This lack of communication has left my money stuck, even though the bank confirms that the transaction was successfully completed on the agent’s side. I kindly request that the $15 be refunded to my original bank account as soon as possible, since the deposit was made by mistake through the wrong payment channel and I did not receive any benefit from this transaction.
