I Sent Verification to Mosbet but They Never Called Me and My Money Is Still Blocked
I’ve been a member of Mosbet for about a month now, and I originally joined through a Telegram referral. After depositing money into my account and submitting a withdrawal request, Mosbet froze my account without warning. They said I had two weeks to provide verification documents, which I submitted the very same day.
Then, they told me I would receive a verification call on July 20, 2025 at 16:00 GMT+3. I waited patiently, but nobody called me—even 30 minutes past the scheduled time. My money is still stuck inside the platform, and I have no way to access it.
This lack of professionalism is unacceptable. If Mosbet sets an appointment for a call, they should honor it. I’ve done my part by sending the required information, and now they need to do theirs by processing my withdrawal and unfreezing my account. I expect a prompt resolution and my funds to be released immediately.
