Mostbet Ignored ₹2,000 Deposit After Kotak Mahindra Card Payment

On 22 December 2025 at around 12:06 p.m., I deposited 2,000 rupees into my Mostbet account using my Kotak Mahindra Bank card. The transaction was successful on my bank’s side and is clearly shown as completed in my bank statement, but the amount has still not been credited to my Mostbet account. This is not the first time I have faced such an issue with deposits on Mostbet, but I had previously ignored it. This time, I contacted your customer support, but I keep receiving the same response that the issue is “being worked on,” without any concrete solution, timeframe, or update, while my money remains stuck. I request that the 2,000 rupees from this successful transaction be immediately credited to my Mostbet account, and that I be also provided with appropriate compensation for the repeated inconvenience and the delay in resolving this problem. I also expect a clear explanation of why this keeps happening so that it does not occur again in the future.
