Moovit Directed Me Through Isolated Roads and Drained My Phone Battery

Today, I used the Moovit app to get directions to a bus stop in Küçükçekmece. The app indicated that I was approximately one minute away, but it made me walk for nearly an hour, directed me down the wrong roads, and ultimately led me to a location where there was no bus stop.

I had to walk in the heat throughout this time and nearly fainted. The routes suggested by the app were isolated and deserted, making me feel that my personal safety was at serious risk. My phone battery also died, so I could not check the correct route again, leaving me even more stranded.

I lost a significant amount of time and became physically and emotionally exhausted. Moovit should not expose its users to inaccurate and potentially dangerous directions. I am requesting an urgent correction of the app’s route and bus stop data for this area, along with measures to prevent similar errors. If such seriously inaccurate and unsafe directions cannot be corrected, I believe the app’s continued operation should be reconsidered.
