Moovit Charged Me for Unauthorized Annual Subscription After Free Trial

I signed up for a 7-day free trial on Moovit, but instead, they charged me for a full annual subscription without my permission. There’s no customer service number to call and explain that I’m currently in a city where I can’t even use the app. I’m in Sivas, and there are no places here where this service is useful. If this is how it works, why do they even advertise a 7-day free trial? This is incredibly misleading and frustrating. I want this issue fixed immediately and the unauthorized charge refunded. Users deserve transparency and a way to contact support when things go wrong.
