Monster Notebook Broke My Computer Instead of Fixing It Under Warranty

On 29.01.2025, my computer's charger broke down and I sent it to Monster technical service to benefit from the lifetime maintenance warranty. There was no problem with my computer, only leakage-related sounds were coming from the charger socket input and I sent it back thinking there might be a problem with the motherboard. My computer arrived broken 10-15 days later. The computer turns on but the screen does not come on. For some reason, none of the authorized personnel I talked to understood or did not want to understand this problem. The last gentleman I talked to said that if there was such a problem, they could make a replacement and that I did not need to complain to Presidential Communication Center. I sent it back a second time and after a period of 10-15 days, my computer was only formatted and sent back. The problem persists, there is no solution and none of the authorized personnel I talked to from the brand can do anything other than say send it again. As someone who works with computers, I had to spend almost the money of 1 computer because I did not have a computer between 29.01.2025 - 05.03.2025. If you had told me from the beginning that you had such poor after-sales service, I would have donated my computer to you and moved on, but I think you enjoyed it more this way. I am thinking of selling the computer and switching to Apple.
