Monster Abra A7 V11.3 Runs Slow and Drops FPS Despite Maintenance

I’m beyond frustrated with my Monster Abra A7 V11.3 laptop. No matter what I do, it keeps lagging, and FPS drops to 50-60 in games—even though I have almost no programs installed and nothing running in the background. I’ve taken it for maintenance multiple times, but every time, I experience the same issues again. I’ve formatted the laptop several times, yet nothing improves. It’s not just about gaming—the entire system lags constantly, making it nearly unusable. This is unacceptable for a device that’s supposed to perform well.
