Enpara.com SWIFT Transfer Missing - Bank Unable To Trace Funds
I am writing about a very serious issue regarding an international SWIFT transaction made from my personal Euro account at Enpara.com. In August 2025, a transfer of €10,000 was sent from an Enpara.com account under the sender name Aynur Ç*** to a bank account in Belgium, for which I (Melike A***) was the recipient. However, the money neither arrived in my account nor was it returned to the sender; the current whereabouts of the funds are completely unknown. We obtained official proof from the Belgian receiving bank confirming that the transaction was returned and the money was sent back. Despite this, Enpara.com claims that they cannot perform a SWIFT trace and do not know where the money is. The inability to track a €10,000 SWIFT transfer and explain its status causes a severe loss of trust and raises concerns about potential fraud. I request that Enpara.com urgently and thoroughly investigate this SWIFT transaction, clearly determine where the €10,000 are, and immediately refund the full amount to the sender’s account at the very least. I also request a clear written explanation as to why Enpara.com is still unable to locate the funds despite the official documents from the recipient bank showing that the money was sent back.
