MoneyGram Blocked My Account Without Notice in Jamaica

I have been using MoneyGram in Jamaica for a long time and have always received money transfers without any issues. However, today, when I visited a MoneyGram outlet to collect a transfer, the teller informed me that after entering my details into the system, it showed that I am blocked and unable to receive any funds.
This was the first time I became aware of such a restriction. I have never been notified by MoneyGram about any issue with my account, nor was I given any prior warning, explanation, or notice regarding this block. Up until now, I have used MoneyGram many times without any problems, so this sudden and unexplained restriction is both upsetting and highly inconvenient.
I kindly request that MoneyGram provide me with a clear written explanation stating the reason for this block. I also expect an apology for the lack of communication and the inconvenience caused. Furthermore, I ask that my profile be thoroughly reviewed and, if there is no valid reason for this restriction, that the block be removed so I can continue receiving money through MoneyGram as before.
