Minecraft Won’t Install on Samsung Galaxy A55 5G After Purchase on Google Play
Today I purchased and downloaded Minecraft through Google Play on my Samsung Galaxy A55 5G. The payment was successfully processed, my bank account was charged, and I even received a payment notification from my bank. However, after the download finished, I received an error message: “Minecraft cannot be installed.”
I attempted the installation several times, but the same issue occurred each time. My internet connection is stable, the download completes without interruption, and I have more than enough storage space on my device. Despite this, the app refuses to install.
So far, I have not contacted Mojang or Google Play support, but this situation has left me extremely frustrated. I have paid for the app, yet I cannot use it at all.
I demand that this issue be resolved immediately—either by ensuring that the app can be successfully installed on my device or by providing a full refund for the payment that has already been taken.
Hello, as the person experiencing the issue, I wanted to provide an update. After writing my complaint, I tried uploading again later in the day and it was uploaded.
