SamsCarX Street Not Compatible With Samsung M12 on Google Play

I recently purchased a Samsung M12 smartphone and attempted to download CarX Street from the Google Play Store. Each time I try, I receive the message: “Your device isn’t compatible with this version.” As a result, I cannot install the game at all.

This issue has been ongoing for about two weeks. Out of frustration, I even tried installing the game via an APK file, but that attempt also failed. Previously, I used an iPhone with the same account and was able to access the game without any problems. Now, with my Samsung M12, I cannot log in or access my account at all.

I request that CarX Street be made compatible with the Samsung M12 model or that proper support be provided so players using this device can access the game. It is frustrating to be locked out of my account and progress simply because of device compatibility.

Please provide an urgent solution so that I, and other Samsung M12 users, can enjoy the game again.
