Minecraft Multiplayer Blocked by Mojang Error Despite Working Internet

I tried to play Minecraft with my friend, but Mojang did not allow me to connect. Even though my internet connection is working perfectly fine, I keep getting the error message: “a problem occurred.” Because of this, I cannot join multiplayer sessions at all.

This is very frustrating, as I just want to enjoy the game with my friend, but instead I am locked out by errors. I am not sure if the issue is only on my side or if other players are experiencing it as well.

I kindly ask Mojang to look into this issue and provide a clear solution. Players with stable internet should not be blocked from multiplayer. Please help fix this error so I can connect and play with my friend without interruptions.
