Mobrog Android App Login Issue Blocks Account Access After Sign-Up

I registered for the Mobrog survey application on my Android phone using the email address r***********@gmail.com when creating my account. However, after completing the registration process, I was unable to log back in. I am not receiving any error messages or warnings other than the login screen. The application does not open, and I cannot access my account. As a result, I have no way to delete the account myself.
There were 4 survey opportunities available in my account, and I did not complete any payment or balance transactions. I am certain that there is no issue with my internet connection, and I have tried accessing the account from different networks, but the result did not change. I have not yet contacted Mobrog customer service.
For the security of my personal information, I am requesting that my account and all associated data be completely deleted. I kindly ask for your assistance.
