Mobrog Payment Request Pending With No Customer Support Response

For about a month, I have been actively using the Mobrog survey platform on both my phone and my computer. However, from the very first day, after completing surveys, I frequently receive the message “You were not selected for this survey” and am removed from the system without earning any points. This situation not only wastes my time but also creates a misleading and frustrating user experience.
On the 13th, I submitted a payment request, and my reward ID number is XE8UJGUMBB3F. However, I have not been able to reach anyone regarding the payment process. I sent a support request by email, but I have not received any response for the past three days. There are no restrictions or suspensions on my account.
To date, I have not received any point transfers or payments from this platform. The same issues continue on both the mobile app and the website. I believe the company does not adequately value users’ time, effort, or personal information. I am sharing this complaint so that others who may have experienced similar issues are aware and so that Mobrog does not remain indifferent to these problems. I want my issue resolved and my payment request fulfilled.
