Unjust One-Week Ban on Mobile Legends

Even though I had written a good biography, I was unfairly banned for a week. I've been playing Mobile Legends for a few years, and I'm very active in the competitive gaming scene right now. Over these many years, I have spent both time and money playing the game. On the other hand, I was banned for seven days without a good reason. I'd like to politely ask that this unfair ban be lifted as soon as possible. If the problem isn't fixed quickly, I will continue to talk about it on a number of different platforms. I sent an urgent request for help to the game's creators, and I'm still waiting to hear back from them so I can fix this problem.
