Mobile Legends Permanently Banned My 8-Year Account for No Reason

I have been playing Mobile Legends for 8 years, and despite never using cheats, my account was permanently banned without explanation! I have no idea what rule I supposedly violated, and there was no warning or reason given. I immediately filed an appeal, but it has been three days, and I still haven’t received a response. I also sent an email, but no one has replied. There is no way to reach support, and I am being completely ignored. I have invested years of time and money into this game, and now my account is gone?
