Unjust 30-Day Ban on MLBB for "Inappropriate Avatar" – Requesting Review

Last night around 2:00 AM, my profile picture was suddenly removed, and I received a message from MLBB stating, “Due to reports of inappropriate avatar” (30-day ban). I have several concerns:
What exactly qualifies as an "inappropriate avatar"?
Are penalties imposed solely based on complaints without reviewing or verifying the reported issue?
My profile photo is perfectly normal and has nothing inappropriate about it, so why was it punished?
If this is how the system works, I could randomly report several avatars, and all would be penalized without review. I’ve attached the photo in question and the message I received. I expect an explanation and fair review of the situation.
